This program is perfect for the child that is behind academically, needs to keep up with their skills, and the child that wants to get ahead by a grade level in 20 weeks.
Your child will work with our adaptive curriculum and interact with our teachers twice a week for lessons and activities.
SSA easily replaces lessons tutors that can prove inconsistent, expensive, and hard to hire. This program also helps to eliminate your child's exposure to outside health concerns. SSA pairs perfectly with our SAT/ACT Test Prep, Electives, and Homework Help.
CHARGES
For N15,000 a month, your child will have access to our full DSA curriculum, ASA curriculum and language labs.

How GCLS SSA Works
100% Online Curriculum
Our award-winning curriculum teaches students to be better problem solvers, critical thinkers, and creative geniuses with thousands of cognitive skill manipulatives. Our goal is to have students think and discover rather than just be told. Students are more engaged, gain a deeper knowledge of concepts, and retain information better.
Teacher Interaction
Students interact with our Learning Coaches through designated learning groups twice a week. These groups specifically target the students' learning goals, assist with milestones for the given project, and also monitor and track each students progress online to find and fix learning gaps. In these tutoring groups our Learning Coaches are able to promote peer to peer learning reinforcement, answer specific questions regarding their learning goals, make assessments, and teach and scaffold the next level learning goal. Our Learning Coaches are also available through email, skype and zoom. We will ALWAYS be there to answer any questions.
Project Based Learning
Project Based Learning is a teaching method in which students gain knowledge and skills by working for an extended period of time to investigate and respond to an authentic, engaging, and complex question, problem, or challenge. Each month or term we create fun and engaging Projects that integrate with Language Arts, STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, math), and Global Citizenship directives. We want each child to not only explore the world through seeing problems and asking questions--but to also see what they can personally do to be an agent of change. At GCLS--there are no small voices.
